POLICE are calling for witnesses and dash cam footage of a violent fight between four men in Welshpool in the afternoon on Tuesday, August 8.

Kensington Detectives said two men were leaving a takeaway store near the Leach highway intersection about 2.35pm.

Another two men from a vehicle stopped near them and attacked the pair, leaving the victims with facial bruising and swelling.

The occupants drove off in a grey Mitsubishi Triton utility but returned and allegedly drove at the victims, mounting the kerb and narrowly missing them.

The ute continued east on Welshpool Road.

Police attended and spoke to the victims, aged 38 and 43.

Detectives are seeking anyone with information, who may have witnessed the incident or have dash cam footage from the area to contact police.
