JUST a reminder to the people of Riverton and surrounds about the time the Liberals were going to dismantle our council.
The people wanted our leader at the time, (Mike) Nahan, to step in to support us. What did he do? He just brushed us aside. He did not have the guts to come to any of our meetings and face the people who voted for him in the last election.
He has now been put in a safe position. He will never know that the people who voted him in to help them would now love to see him lose the coming election. We have lived in Riverton for 32 years and, according to him, we now live in “East” Riverton.
