Selfless act

The World’s Greatest Shave is a wonderful fundraising initiative in which participation is totally voluntary. Your friend (and Bianca Hewitt) do not have to participate, they choose to.

They also don’t have to shave their heads; they can colour or wax their hair or even just donate some money to the cause. Kudos to your friend, Bianca and the thousands of others who raise money for the Foundation; what a totally selfless thing to do.

As for “disfiguring women” ” do you really feel that anyone who loses their hair through illness or medication is disfigured? Those people (not just women Jayne) don’t have the luxury of choice and I’m sure they appreciate people going to great lengths to raise money for medical research ” not for “entertainment”.
