Tennis: Pizzey Cup silver for De Groot

MATTHEW De Groot was among those representing WA in the Jack Pizzey Cup in Victoria last month.

The WA team was expected to come fourth against competitive Queensland and Victorian teams but cinched victory for the first time in 14 years against Victoria.

WA took home silver after the biggest clash of the whole tournament on day five against NSW.
