POLICE have charged a 13-year-old boy with attempted armed robbery after he allegedly threatened a bus driver with a toy gun in Thornlie on Thursday night.
Police claim the boy got off a train at Thornlie station at 6.30pm and approached an empty bus parked outside the station.
He allegedly pointed a toy gun at the bus driver and demanded money before walking away.
Police claim the boy also pointed the toy gun at Transit Authority officers while running away.
