Morley swimwear makers Cenote headed for the big time

MORLEY company Cenote Swimwear will get to show off their stunning designs at the world’s largest swimwear tradeshow, Miami SwimShow.

The company has gone from strength to strength since it was established in 2013 by friends Rachael Dziadowicz and Kelly Christos.

During a surf trip to Latin America they fell in love with the cheeky cut bikinis found in spots like Ipanema Beach in Brazil.

They recognised a gap in the market for swimwear that was flattering, but also durable for surfers and other active women.

And now they will showcase their designs to the world, in Miami from July 22-25.

“With rapid growing interest in our label online from customers overseas, Miami SwimShow was on our radar as an opportunity to build our stockist list internationally, and build a presence in the US,” Ms Dziadowicz said.

The pair is in good company, with fellow Perth-based labels Amore and Sorvete, Zingiber and Skye and Staghorn also scheduled for this year’s show.
