Disney ambassador Shelley Craft has two girls – Milla (6) and Eadie (4) – and she has lived (and survived) the Frozen phenomenon.

READ NOW“My girls worked out their pecking order fairly early on as to who was Anna and who was Elsa and there hasn’t really been any sway from that since day one,” she said.
“We have a gigantic ridgeback dog who is Sven (the reindeer), so we’ve got it pretty much covered.
“I’ve even threatened to get a Let it Go tattoo: that’s my new catch phrase, a mantra for life. Just ‘let it go’ people, just chill out.”
The bubbly Byron Bay celebrity launched her television career on Saturday Disney in ’96 and is thrilled to see Frozen – from start to finish with all the characters and songs – as the next Disney on Ice spectacular.
She said the company had “nailed it” with this film, giving little girls strong role models and honourable themes.
“True love doesn’t have to come from some romantic hero who is going to whisk you off your feet; it can come from a much deeper place than that,” Craft said.
“The message might be going over little girls’ heads a bit too much but then I think it’s going to resonate with them as they grow up with the story and get older.”
Craft said Saturday was always “family togetherness time” in her childhood home.
“We would sit down and watch a Disney movie together, whatever that might have been,” she said.
“When I first started on Saturday Disney it was around the time of The Lion King and Toy Story, so they’ll always be favourites of mine.
“You’re never too old for Disney.”
