A MORLEY community group and Bayswater environmental group have teamed together to create a community garden.
The Bayswater City Community Safety Watch and Garden Education Incorporated and Bayswater-based People and Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) have started work transforming the old Morley Kindergarten into a community garden.
PAWS have enlisted Work for the Dole participants who have so far started demolishing pallets to build compost bins, cleared paths and built planter boxes.
The safety watch and garden education group, previously called Morley Neighbourhood Watch, became incorporated July last year.
