CHANNEL Nine newsreaders Emmy Kubainski and Tim McMillan have thrown their support behind the #SnapPerth campaign as it heads into its second week.

Perth holds a special place in both their hearts, as the duo revealed this week.

Kubainski did not hold back in revealing her love for our beautiful city.

“Perth means heavenly outdoor living, glorious white sand beaches, a friendly relaxed lifestyle and just the perfect place to raise a family,” she said.

“It’s home.”

For McMillan, Perth is home to his friends, family and work.

“I love the sun and the sand,” he said.

“The beach is definitely my favourite place to be, especially with the warmer weather just around the corner.”

Kubainski listed Kings Park and any of Perth’s beautiful beaches as some of her favourite spots.

“One of our favourite outings is spending a Saturday morning at the Subiaco Farmer’s Markets,” she said.

“There are so many stalls filled with local products and produce. It’s the perfect place to grab a coffee, breakfast, relax with the family and stock your kitchen at the same time.”

This week, the #SnapPerth campaign will explore the first of its weekly themes with “how does your suburb wake up?”

We want to see how every suburb across Perth wakes up, and we need you to show us.
