Investor group hampered by shortage

Branch manager Garth Davis said the club had a waiting list of investors because contacts could not provide enough new Perth homes to meet huge demand from its Australian members.

‘As an example, our members bought an eight-townhouse development in Rivervale within a 48-hour period,’ he said.

‘Typically, the club is interested in buying new apartments, villas or townhouses priced between $400,000 to $600,000 around the Perth metropolitan area.’
