Mr Paz opened a branch in the Shelley Hub centre last week, merging with the John Hayes-owned Canning Real Estate.
It is LJ Hooker’s second office in the area and is trading as LJ Hooker Shelley-Willetton.
Mr Paz, who took ownership of the LJ Hooker Willetton office in 2003, said his Collins Road premise would continue to operate but it would also come under the new LJ Hooker Shelley-Willetton banner.
Mr Paz said the sales and property management specialists would run the new office and provide specialist local knowledge for the local area.

The new branch at the Shelley Hub includes six staff in sales and six in property management.
