FOUR promising athletes from Bayswater Little Athletics Club (LAC) brought home eight medals from an international competition in Malaysia last month.
Bayswater LAC’s Brendan and Matthew Rocchi, Tanika Lockley and Anneka West represented WA at the 25th MSSM-LAWA-SSSC U14 and U15 international athletic competition in Pahang, Malaysia.
The quartet joined 44 other athletes from WA to compete against teams from Malaysia and Singapore and won one gold, five silver and two bronze medals in high jump, long jump, javelin and discus.
