Are people unwilling to do shift work?

With unemployment in Western Australia hitting 6.3 per cent, the thought of local restaurants and bars looking overseas for staff seems incredulous.

But that’s exactly what’s happening, with the hospitality industry bosses saying West Aussies are being too picky and aren’t prepared to undertake shift work.
