Works currently being undertaken include the construction of the building facades, including installation of the steelwork, glazing and stonework, internal fit-out of the Market Hall and Horseshoe Lane buildings, structural work in preparation for the construction of the amphitheatre on the upper level, and the installation of the stonework for the water feature.

Leasing opportunities are currently available for the 1.1ha Square within the arms of the Horseshoe Bridge, and it is expected to become a major social and culinary hub.
