Opinion: Closure of Di Chiera leaves big hole in local life

Rick Duley, North PerthEastern Reporter

Di Chiera’s closed! It’s unthinkable!

This North Perth icon no longer the place to go for a continental roll as a lazy lunch on Sunday.

No more vast selection of calabrese or boschetto al tartufo or giardiniera or whatever Mediterranean fantasy appealed.

I don’t know why you closed, I don’t know what can be done to bring you back, but I do know that a vibrant part of our community is absent and that that absence leaves a huge hole in local life.
