WHAT has happened to service nowadays?

Kmart is all self-service unless you ask. Bunnings has staff everywhere doing nothing near tills.

Why, if people are waiting? Simple solution – open tills and give people the service we expect.

We have already paid for service with the goods, right?

Provide some of what people want most – they expect to be served. That’s why there’s more shoplifting and people walking out, leaving trolleys.

This is all because the store’s policy doesn’t put the customer first.
