AHRI Dave Ulrich HR Award finalists

HR operations manager Fiona Durrant was a finalist in the AHRI Dave Ulrich Practitioner category and HR Officer Natasha Zeplin was a finalist in the AHRI Dave Ulrich Rising Star category.

The pair were up against strong competition from large national organisations.

Ms Durrant reached the finals for her expertise in improving staff performance across the organisation while Ms Zeplin delivered an improved occupational safety and health standard and volunteer strategy.

Their achievements have resulted in improved staff performance and higher brand recognition in the local community.
