Darlington residents outline mobile phone tower concerns in petition

Neil Matthews said the application to erect the 35m-tall tower on 320 Victor Road could come before the council on April 11.

“It is notoriously difficult to prevent towers of this kind being built and will take a concerted effort of a significant number of residents,” he said.
