STATE League baseball club Swan Districts is hosting its Back to Swans Day at Charlie Hodder Field this Saturday.
The fixture against potential finals team Gosnells Hawks will double as a celebration of the 10th anniversary of Swans’ 2007 premiership.
“We would love to see some old faces and some new,” the club said.

The Swans league side is coming off an impressive 11-8 home win over their more fancied opponent, top-five team South Perth.
