There will also be two health talks: New Year’s Running Resolutions from 2pm to 2.45pm and Happy, Healthy Christmas: A How To from 2.45pm to 3.30pm.

“Our mission is to inspire people to make positive changes to their health and in doing so we have joined forces with other local businesses on the same mission,” principal physiotherapist Caroline Shaw said.

“Our motivation is around doing our part to spread the health message in our local community and provide a venue where our community can access trusted health advice.

“The expo will give our community access to free health services as well as a one-stop shop to buy healthy Christmas gifts.”

The expo is also part of the clinic’s 10th anniversary celebrations.
