Hillarys studio puts a new spin on fitness

PERTH’S first dedicated boutique spin studio has opened in Hillarys.

Flyrider Republic at Westfield Whitford City has 40 European spin bikes equipped with Bluetooth to be used with phone apps or heart rate monitors.

Bikes can be booked in advance and there are no memberships, joining or exiting fees.

Classes include team rides where a computer avatar shows participants where they are in the pack, interval training and Les Mills sprint, as well as themed rides and classes for teens.
