Chance to chip at improvement with Joondalup Resort golf clinics

JUNIORS or ladies wanting to try their hand at golf can take part in this term’s clinics at Joondalup Resort with PGA professional Dean Alaban.

The junior clinics are for children aged seven to 13 who are just starting out or want to improve their game, with all skill levels catered for.

The program will cover areas such as putting, chipping, bunkers, full swing, rules and etiquette.

The ladies clinics are for those “interested in having fun and meeting new friends while learning to play”.

The program will cover the basics of the golf swing, along with putting, chipping and bunker play.

Thursday junior clinics will run from 4pm to 5pm from August 3 to September 21, while Saturday clinics will run from 1pm to 2pm from July 29 to September 16.

Cost is $145 for members and $160 for non-members.

Tuesday ladies clinics will run from 9.30am to 10.30am from August 1 to September 19, while Saturday clinics will run from 2.30pm to 3.30pm from July 29 to September 16.
