Justin BianchiniJoondalup Times

JOONDALUP City’s under-14 girls team have completed a remarkable treble.

They won the Football West division 1 league championship, the State Cup and the Top 4 Cup final in their age group.

Coach Scott Griffiths said he was proud of each player.

“They never give up and even though they were 1-0 down with five minutes left in the Top 4 cup final on Sunday, they managed to score a last minute equaliser and win the penalty shootout to secure the treble,” he said.
