THE Joondalup Wolves face their penultimate clashes of the State Basketball League season this weekend and two huge contests await the men’s and women’s sides.

And the sixth-placed Lady Wolfpack could also be competing for a better position should Willetton’s women’s team lose.

They will take fifth spot from the reigning champions with a win in that scenario.

The side cannot finish lower than sixth.

Last weekend, the Wolves men sealed a top-three finish to the season with a 71-64 win over Cockburn on Saturday and 94-89 defeat of the Buccs on Sunday.

The women defeated the Cougars 73-62.
