Women’s Big Bash League: Lilac Hill makes history as Perth Scorchers second home

LILAC Hill will make history this Friday when it starts hosting the Women’s Big Bash League, now in its second season.

The Adelaide Strikers face the Melbourne Stars tomorrow, with local team the Perth Scorchers playing their first match at the Caversham ground on Sunday.

The Scorchers will again feature Joondalup-Kinross product Heather Graham.

 

Graham has been a strong contributor with bat and ball in the first 10 games, averaging 33.6 and taking seven wickets.

The Scorchers are fourth on the table with five wins and five losses.
