Bikers against Dog Abuse (BADA) is a Perth-based group, which has in common riding motorcycles and an interest in animal welfare.

Combining the two to make a difference to animals in need, the group assists and fundraises for a variety of rescue centres.

BADA is involved in many aspects of dog rescue and care, including campaigns against dog abusers, backyard breeding and puppies in pet shops.

It also provides assistance with vet bills, food, medication as well as bedding to dog shelters that need assistance.

BADA held its inaugural ‘Badapalooza’ last year and raised $1000 for The Bohdi Shelter & Clinic in Phuket.

The group also provided a collection point for donations of dog food for the Staff and Bully Breed Rescue, which resulted in more than 10kg of food being donated to the rescue.

Badapalooza ’16 is again being held at Stirling Square in Guildford on Sunday, November 27 from 10am.
