Driver charged after speeding past police officers in unmarked car

A freeway driver who sped past officers in an unmarked police vehicle has been charged with reckless driving.

The Genesis GV70 driver was clocked driving more than 150 km/h on Kwinana Freeway in Success yesterday, with the vehicle later impounded and the driver charged.

WA Police urged people on social media to slow down.

“No matter where or when, our duty is to ensure safety on our roads,” they said via social media.
