BRAM Stoker’s gothic masterpiece Dracula swoops on Mandurah Performing Arts Centre later this month.

Sharpen your fangs – there will be blood.

Dracula tells the story of young lawyer, Jonathan Harker as he visits Castle Dracula in the Carpathian Mountains.

Alone and trapped within the castle walls, Jonathan discovers his host Count Dracula wants more than just his presence at the dinner table – he might also be the main course.

Leaving Jonathan for dead and his castle behind, Dracula travels to London on a quest for seduction, true love and, above all, blood.

Stoker’s 1897 horror-classic has been adapted for the stage by innovative contemporary theatre company shake & stir.

Specialising in the creation of new work, the company has won national acclaim with their recent productions of 1984 and Animal Farm.
