Jill BurgessMandurah Coastal Times

BUSINESS partners Kerry Appleton and Jan Dulson are from very different backgrounds but they have joined forces to create a business they hope will help the community.

Former Mandurah community policing officer Ms Appleton and former chef and trainer Ms Dulson have started Mates Rates Daily, a business offering special deals to the community.
