New tenants confirmed at Lakelands Shopping Centre, north of Mandurah

NEW tenants have been confirmed for the Lakelands Shopping Centre, which is due to open in June.

Coles, Kmart, Coles Express, Liquorland, Plus Fitness 24/7, KFC and McDonald’s will open at the 20,000sqm shopping centre.

The centre will also have a newsagency, nail bar, pharmacy, medical centre, patisserie, surf shop, physiotherapist, childcare centre and Italian restaurant.

The $50 million centre is expected to create hundreds of new jobs in the area.

Construction started in February 2016 on the retail centre, which forms part of the wider Lakelands Town Centre development.

The new shopping centre will have 1100 car parks for shoppers and visitors.
