Sydney firefighter comes to rescue of Mandurah woman in emergency shoe incident

MANDURAH’S Lee Sieracki was thrilled when a New South Wales firefighter saved the day after she had a shoe blowout this morning.

Mrs Sieracki is visiting Sydney and her new sandals broke.

Lucky for her, she was walking past some firefighters attending a fire alarm at the time.

“This gorgeous firey insisted on being my Prince Charming and gaffer taped the broken sandal up for me so I wouldn’t get my foot dirty,” Mrs Sieracki said.

“He even insisted on me leaning on his shoulder while he did his handiwork… who am I to disobey?”

Many women shared their shoe mishaps on Mrs Sieracki’s Facebook page.

Mrs Sieracki said playing the damsel in distress was all about timing.
