Established in 2009, it is family owned and run by Rob and Shelley Frigo.

After many years working for some of Perth’s major builders, Rob and Shelley decided to combine their experience and passion for new homes, and set out to offer a unique building experience, where the client deals direct with the owners of the business from design to completion.

Building relationships as well as homes is the company motto.

They believe dedication to a good working relationship with the client is just as important as the building itself.

“My wife Shelley and I spent over 30 years working for project builders and saw an opportunity to get clients more involved in the building process” Mr Frigo said.

“We wanted to allow clients to meet the trades responsible for building their home, to have conversations on-site about how their home was being built, and importantly, we wanted to be flexible enough to make changes along the way.”

The builder was recently recognised at the HIA WA awards, winning the Best Custom Built Home title in the $625,001-$900,000 category.
