MIDLAND is officially the home of the best sausage roll in the nation.
Highland Bakery and Patisserie at Centrepoint Shopping Centre won the top gong for its plain sausage roll at Fine Food Australia’s Official Great Aussie Pie and Sausage Roll Competition in Sydney earlier this month.

READ NOWVivian Hong said they sold 650 of the famous sausage rolls each week.
“What makes our sausage rolls the best is that we use the best quality ingredients,” she said.
“My dad Lac Van Hong bakes the sausage rolls and brings them home for us to taste.
“We give him our opinions and he adjusts the recipe to make them even tastier.”
