Sales have opened for a new $30 million affordable housing development near Midland.
The Woodbridge on Green development at 15 Yelverton Drive in Woodbridge will comprise 79 one, two and three-bedroom apartments over five levels.
The development is positioned to leverage the area’s existing infrastructure and offers private, social and affordable shared equity housing opportunities.

READ NOWLocated in the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority’s Midland Workshops Precinct, residents will be a short walk away from a shopping centre, Woodbridge Primary School, Midland Public Hospital, a future medical school and recreational amenities.
There is a cycle path to Perth’s CBD and the Midland train station and bus interchange will be within 500m of the development.
Developer Psaros will deliver the project on land owned by the Department of Communities. Construction is expected to take 18 months and create about 80 jobs.
