WAFL: Swan Districts hope fans turn out for semi final clash with South Fremantle

SWAN Districts is hoping supporters who turned out to see Tony Notte’s 200th game and win over West Perth will be back cheering on the team this Sunday.

Swans take on South Fremantle at Fremantle Oval in the WAFL semi-final this Sunday.

Coach Greg Harding said his side was going into the Bulldogs clash with confidence, having won six of the eight quarters in two of their battles this season.

“I’ve been very happy with our preparations this week and barring any illness we will go in with an unchanged lineup,” he said.

“Last week’s crowd was enormous and gave the boys great support.

“With all three grades involved this Sunday, we urge all Swans supporters to get down to Freo oval to outnumber the Bulldogs fans.”

The Swans colts and reserves semi-finals at Fremantle Oval this Sunday, are against East Perth at 8.50am and Claremont at 11.25am.
