Belmont Camera Club builds impressive portfolio over 20 years of amateur photography

Jessica WarrinerSouthern Gazette

IN 20 years, the amateur photographers of the Belmont Camera Club have travelled the world and explored the streets of their own town for inspiration.

In their anniversary exhibition at the Victoria Park Centre for the Arts, members have nominated their favourite shots for Captured Moments, with no restriction on time, place or theme.

Throughout the exhibition, Belmont Camera Club members will host talks for members of the public to find out more about the likes of film cameras, pinhole photography, and how to display their pictures.

The exhibition runs at the Victoria Park Centre for the Arts – 12 Kent Street in East Victoria Park – until July 22.
