Old Mill Theatre vice-chairman Phil Barnett said the night would be a chance to reflect on the past 12 months.

“There will be excerpts from shows that have been performed from the past year, as well as other bits of entertainment,” he said.

“There have been some quality shows but I think the last show of the year, Scrooge, was one of my favourites.

“It got kids involved and I believe the youth should be involved in theatre; the show definitely sent off the year on a high.”

Barnett said there would also be a sneak peek at the shows to come.

“We are always trying to put on interesting, alternative shows, as well as ones that cater for our existing attendees,” he said. “We want to have new audiences enjoy our shows.”

People interested in attending are required to RSVP on 9367 8719.
