Innaloo man (34) charged after being spotted on roofs in North Perth

AN Innaloo man has been charged with burglary, trespassing and criminal damage after he was seen climbing on roofs in North Perth.

About 8.50am on Tuesday , Wembley Police attended to reports of a man seen trespassing.

They attended the Sydney and Charles streets area with Bayswater Police and police dogs.

Police allege they found a man fitting the description nearby with cash and watches.

Police received further reports the man had entered a number of properties in the area.

The 34-year-old man from Innaloo was arrested and charged with burglary, trespassing, criminal damage and possessing stolen property.

He will appear in court at a later date.
