A police spokeswoman confirmed the driver of the Red Nissan Pulsar was not badly injured in the March 18 crash adjacent to North Beach Drive.
“The driver was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital with minor injuries but officers are looking at intoxication as the possible cause,” she said.
