Opinion: Take wrecking ball to Scarborough towers

IF the City of Stirling wants to improve the Scarborough beachfront, take a wrecking ball to the tower blocks rather than the car parks.

It is bad enough these ugly high-rise monstrosities are approved in the first place.

Now we have their fat-cat owners making Scarborough into their private beach.

I look forward to another sweltering summer of traffic mayhem along the metropolitan beaches as less well-off people search in vain for parking spots near the water.
