“We’ll be having staff from Broadway medical covering GP, physiotherapy, Pilates, remedial massage, nutrition and someone from the Aboriginal Health Service to help veterans improve their health,” he said.

“Each year Veterans’ Health Week encourages people to get active, but this year we thought we would take it a step further and bring people together and give professional advice on how to live a healthy and active life.”

Veterans from Ellenbrook and surrounds are encouraged to register to come along, with catering provided over the course of the day.

The event will run from 8am to 4pm on October 26 at the Ellenbrook Library.
