The Swan District Football Development Council held the Year 8 fairest and best awards on August 27.
Over a 17-week period, 275 participants from 11 community based club teams participated in the competition.
In each match, votes were awarded by the umpires to the players they deemed to be the fairest and best on the field.
Chittering coach Ian Hall said Denzel had a fantastic season and the award was well-deserved.
