Folk duo Ashlea Reale and Jenny Gaunt, from Perth’s southern suburbs, use acoustic music and harmonies to tell the stories of urban Australia.
Their music incorporates a range of instruments, including the guitar, cornet, clarinet, ukulele and cello.
The emerging artists released their first album, Paper Aeroplane, last year and have since been performing at community events and folk clubs throughout WA.
They will headline the Wanneroo Folk Club’s monthly show, at Dorchester Community Centre, Warwick, on Friday at 8pm.
