HUNDREDS of businesspeople enjoyed networking and professional development opportunities at the Wanneroo Business Expo last week.

More than 30 local businesses showcased their products and services at Wanneroo Library and Cultural Centre for the event, which was run by Wanneroo Business Association and the City of Wanneroo.

The day started with a networking breakfast, followed by marketing workshop and speed networking sessions.

Association president Trent Carter said the expo allowed the local business community to build relationships to help their enterprise.

Wanneroo Mayor Tracey Roberts described the event as successful with a great atmosphere.

“It was fantastic to see businesses networking with a sense of positivity for doing business in the future,” she said.
