Elated after the Dockers qualifying final win against Geelong, Year 5 teacher Tony Silvio strutted around the Ocean Reef school in a purple hat, Dockers jumper and matching cape.

By the time Freo made the grand final, the whole school decided to show their support with a Dockers Day.

‘I was quite surprised by the number of people who got involved, even diehard Eagles supporters donned the royal purple,’ Mr Silvio said.

Students paraded in their Dockers gear with four best-dressed supporters chosen.
