The Sunday Symphony on October 20 offers an opportunity for musicians to display their skills while providing an afternoon of entertainment for the local community.

The Hillarys school orchestra will present popular classics from Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite, Swan Lake and The Sound of Music and the 90-voice choir will sing a medley of songs from the musical Les Miserables.

Money raised from the concert will help 34 music students travel to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon and Anaheim in April 2014.
