Caulfield has been accepted into Iowa-based Mount Mercy University, contesting the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Division I competition. The achievement completes a post-high school goal for the budding linksman.
“Can’t wait to make Mount Mercy my new home from August,” he said.
“I have the biggest six months ahead of me on the golf course and in the gym but I am looking forward to it and only getting better.”
