Wangara High Flyers continue to impress

The team of 24 athletes was named champion club after competing in November’s Prime Invitational Gymnastics contest in Singapore.

The local club had 11 top-three finishes amongst its contingent, including overall wins to Rio Bowling in the Level 6 Open division and Taj Garmony in the Level 5 Open.

Bowling was first with his parallel bars routine, second on pommel and floor and third on the rings and vault.

Garmony claimed first on the parallel bars and high bar, second on rings and third on vault.

Four coaches and two judges joined the competitors at the meet, which ran from November 16 to 23.
