The girl sent the images after he became aggressive towards her and made threats.

The man then allegedly threatened to release these images if the girl did not meet with him.

Sometime between January 1-18 2015, the victim met the man in Warnbro, during which time it will be alleged she was sexually assaulted before he again threatened to release the explicit images of the girl publicly.

During the evening, the victim was also allegedly physically assaulted by the man.

The man has been charged with two counts of aggravated sexual penetration without consent, assault occasioning bodily harm, and threats with intent to compel the doing of an act.

He will appear before the Rockingham Children’s Court on Wednesday October 4.
