Medina shooting: police looking for Commodore after man shot in Medina

DETECTIVES are seeking information from the public after a man (35) was shot in Medina on January 5.

The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries after he was shot while sitting in his vehicle in Tucker Street at about 11pm.

The man was taken by St Johns Ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital.

Investigators are requesting public assistance to identify a vehicle, believed to be a 2006 to 2008 white Holden Commodore sedan, fitted with mag wheels and a boot spoiler.

The incident involved four male adult passengers and a female driver of the white Holden Commodore sedan (below).

The vehicle was observed driving around the vicinity of Tucker Street Medina for a period of time before the shooting incident.

Investigators believe that the same vehicle was involved in an earlier incident, about two and a half hours earlier, with a disturbance near the intersection of Tucker Street and Coucher Way West, Medina.
